Tulsa
Repertory Musicals (TRM) was initially formed in 2003 to
allow the
continuation of successful productions of such shows as
Forever Plaid,
Cotton Patch Gospel, and Pete 'n' Keely.
Since its creation, founders Dan and Kathy Call have set
forth the following
goal for the future: to provide Tulsa area organizations
with a collection of
shows available for fund raising, team building and special
events, while
emphasizing the educational component of musical theatre in
a
supportive, positive and fun-filled atmosphere.
Early and frequent exposure to the workings of theater
creates informed
and supportive audiences for the future. It can also develop
livelihoods
and careers for those with specific abilities. Whether the
opportunities are
on-stage as part of a cast or off-stage in one of the many
technical
aspects of producing musicals, hundreds of area students
have
discovered ways to incorporate theatre in their adult lives.
Tulsa Repertory Musicals is committed to creating and
maintaining quality
productions for its audience, performance opportunities for
area talent,
and educational experiences for theatre supporters of the
future.
Tulsa Repertory Musicals is a charitable, 501(c)3
organization.
